Having worked within the disability and community sectors for many years, we have witnessed and appreciated the difficulties individuals with disabilities encounter when performing everyday tasks and activities. Therefore, we offer training and development in various life skills, including:

We can provide assistance and guidance in tasks such as showering, toileting, and grooming, helping you maintain good personal hygiene.
2. Nutrition
Our support extends to grocery shopping, meal preparation, and understanding the importance of a healthy diet. We can help you develop the skills to buy groceries, plan nutritious meals, and make informed choices about your diet.
3. Household tasks
We offer training in housework, laundry, and basic maintenance or repair tasks, empowering you to keep your home clean and functional.
4. Communication
We can assist you in effectively communicating with service providers through different channels, ensuring that your needs and preferences are understood and addressed.
5. Travel and transportation
Our support includes teaching you how to plan journeys, use public transportation, and troubleshoot any problems that may arise during travel.
